ERM Practice : ERM has experienced strong growth both globally and in the Asia Pacific region over the past five years and is now in a position to leverage that growth to diversity the company’s service delivery in the field of EHS Management & Compliance Services.
The company’s EHS Management & Compliance Services cover the following service lines : EHS Legal Register, including the development and review of such regulations.
EHS Audit (including Labour audit) performance-based auditing including compliance audit and audit program development. EHS and Social Due Diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, IPOs, and property sales and leases.
EHS and Social Due Diligence for project finance benchmarking international standards, such as Equator Principle, IFC Performance Standards, ADB Safeguard Policy Statement, etc.
Safety Programs Safety transformation and coaching based interventions. Management Systems and Compliance Support including performance based assessment and compliance assurance.
Sustainability Reporting including development of sustainability reports and provision of data assurance. Client Training Programs - Accelerative learning, high impact, tailored EHS training.
Product Sustainability Services - Including product certification and litigation support. JOB REQUIREMENTS : Participate in various kinds of projects including but not limited to EHS and social / labour audits / due diligence assessments, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, EHS and social regulatory review and advisory services and EHS and social management system.
Assist team in preparing partially or the whole (with reasonable scope) proposals; Assist team in project management (e.
g. project setup, management of budget, timeline, etc.); undertake other appointments reasonably from Line Manager as needed from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor degree in a discipline such as environmental science, environmental engineering, occupational health and safety Master’s Degree in a environmental discipline is preferable Good knowledge of EHS management practices and regulatory requirements Good understanding of social aspects (e.
g. labour management and regulatory requirements), international standards (e.g. ILO Conventions, IFC Performance Standards, ADB Safeguard Policy Statement) Minimum of two years’ work experience in relevant fields, such as EHS consultant, EHS position / CSR position in industrial sectors Must be fluent in English, reading, writing and conversation TO APPLY : Please submit your resume and brief cover letter.
