We are looking for a senior candidate with proven hands-on experience in Product Marketing (Full Product Cycle from MVP â€ Product Market Fit to Maturity) who will thrive in our interdisciplinary and collaborative environment and someone who wants to take ownership of their contribution to our organization.
Product Marketing Leader will be responsible for strategic planning, implementing and managing our overall product and services marketing strategy.
In addition, you will lead the team of marketers responsible for the marketing execution of the product marketing strategy.
You will also be responsible for implementing new product strategy by working closely with our product team and leading customer researches.
Responsibilities and Duties
Understand company products or a specialized product, understand the connection between company products;
Research, analyze and develop company products, products roadmap and translate the whole process into the companyâ€™s blueprints for Service / Product Marketing
Manage the marketing resource pool to execute the planned product marketing campaigns
Cooperate with other marketing / business development team (if needed) to develop feasible marketing plans and execution plans for the team and manage day-
to-day execution that meets market demands and suit with the companyâ€™s development plan
Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they fit the companyâ€™s unique position
Look for new channels and distribution channels to enhance sales, business performance.
Follow and analyze market trends to find out the best products position or the niche market.
Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching).
Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, SNS, ad campaigns, events) to create an integrated message
Work with various teams (design, content, development, product, sales) to conduct strategies and create the best marketing materials.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Product Marketing (ideally in IT, Technology or Startup firms)
Experience in market research and data analysis
Experience in growth-hacking and performance marketing is a plus
Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
Understand interdependencies between technology, marketing process, operations and business needs
Demonstrable experience in developing effective strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
English native level or similar
Familiar with product marketing tactics, product lifecycles and wide understanding of different marketing channels (e.g.
integrated marketing campaigns)
