Position at MediaCom

In this role, you should be proficient in managing plan, analysis and implementation of all digital campaigns (biddable, non-biddable), and leading a team of AdOps and Performance experts for a very large part of our business / clients.

You will also be responsible for handling day to day digital operations and ensure smooth functioning of the team and processes and work collaboratively with planning and strategy teams.

Reporting of the role

This role has dual reporting, and reports to : Business Director / Account Leader, for the assigned businesses and Functional reporting to Head of Data & Digital, Mediacom Vietnam.

  • In this role, your goals will be :

    In three months :

  • Completely understand the assigned business, and lead the digital performance transformation
  • Able to use Mediacom tools and technology effectively
  • Work closely with client lead & head of digital and data across to develop process and disciplines throughout campaign development
  • In six months :

  • Coaches & mentors digital performance team members regularly to deliver their work to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Established relationships and credibility with internal & external stakeholders. Utilises these to get the best results for clients and the agency
  • In nine months :

  • Become a proven leader and can inspire and motivate the team
  • Establish strong understanding of client challenges & objectives and able to persuade external stakeholders to pilot new solutions that help business growth
  • What your day job looks like at MediaCom :

  • Act as a senior level contact for the client for all digital performance conversations
  • Take the lead and work with internal team to ensure all digital activities digital planning & outcome delivery achieve KPIs based on clients brief
  • Advise and guide the team on digital plan development, campaign set up & optimization
  • Demonstrate your knowledge of all digital planning tools and platforms with proven excellence
  • Contribute to team meetings to get across key priorities, manage up any workload issues or concerns
  • Work with head of digital & data to discuss training to determine training requirements for the team
  • Keep the client lead and head of digital & data updated on any people, client, performance challenges
  • Inspire and lead the digital performance team
  • Keeps up with the latest industry news, trends and developments and uses this to form a POV

  • Minimum qualifications :

  • 7+ years of experience in digital performance within media agencies / vendors / client teams
  • Experience in managing client relationships and expectations at all levels
  • Experience in managing a team, their workflow and output is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of biddable & non-biddable digital media channels (Google, Facebook, Programmatic, Local networks, SEM & eCom)
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills applicable to digital planning, performance optimization and campaign evaluation
