POSITION PURPOSE Handle with policy alterations and valuations requests assigned by Head of Policy Service (PS) from time to time in order to meet the clients’ expectations and to enhance company service quality.
ACCOUNTABILITY Receive and handle with assigned duties accurately, timely and in good customer services manners for :
Participates actively in development of PS procedure / special project effectively and timely. Other jobs as delegated by Head of PS.
Strong customer services focus, attention to quality, accuracy and detail. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Internal interface : - Report directly to Head of PS -
Co- ordinate with other sections of OP to process daily activities. External interface : - Policy Owner. - Customer Service team and sale force.
CHALLENGES Ensure assigned duties processed effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the PS team goal and to meet the set service standards.
Close coordinate with the CS team and well support sale force to get the best services. Actively seek way to improve current process.
