    The role is responsible for managing, and upgrading all HR systems aligned with Technology Strategy to support for HR Effectiveness and Employees’ Experience.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Implement business needs into technology solutions by providing deep advice, designing new functions, enhancing current business processes in HRMS (Workday).
  • Work with Global HRIS Team and key stakeholders on system setup, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Maintain systems to ensure continued operations and reporting efficiency and working with Regional HR System team to resolve any software issues.
  • Be an owner of all HR systems and ensure there is updated manual / guideline to use.
  • Responsible for user’s support, and user self-service behaviors change.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly auditing and maintaining data governances.
  • Think ahead list of queries, reports, and dashboards to support users, people managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Propose and deploy new tech projects / initiatives to ensure the improvement of employees’ experience and HR effectiveness.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • At least 2 years of experience related to HR systems & processes
  • Good knowledge of HR systems, Workday is a plus.
  • Good command of English, and be able to work in English-using environment
  • Critical thinking and sound judgement
