Research and recommend effective SEO keywords for the improvement of organic traffic and search ranking and the maximization of ROI for Ninja Van Brand in the respective country
Using a variety of tools for competitive research and other methods to discover optimal keyword targets appropriate to the business needs
Understand keyword metrics and KPIs and continually suggest optimizations to improve performance
Be able to explain and apply , SEO best practices for keyword research recommendations, internal links (including anchor text optimization), on-page content, and HTML sitemaps
Understand CSS and HTML
Create and provide regular progress reports to SEO Lead / Marketing Manager for Malaysia
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Work with editorial and marketing strategy
Market and competitive analysis of SEO techniques teams to drive SEO in content creation
Develop and implement link builes and keywords used by competitors or within the same industry
Being the authority on white and black hat SEO strategies to be a step ahead of ever-evolving search engine limitations and guidelines
Competence in standard SEO process
Technical SEO skills (Search console, crawls, hreflang, canonicals, 301 have no secret for you)
Experience in Content Management system - is a plus!
Past experience in project management with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to communicate efficiently with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds (tech, marketing, managers and country heads etc)
Proven SEO experience
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, new SEO tools and best practices.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
Relevant working experience for at least 2 -3 years
