Job Description

  • This position is responsible for managing the learning process within the hotel. The Training & Development Manager ensures that all learning and development activities are completely aligned with the culture, values and strategy of the hotel.
  • He / she monitors and analyzes staff training needs and oversee and implement all departmental training programs.

    Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
  • Minimum 3 years of training / facilitation experience
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
