This position is responsible for managing the learning process within the hotel. The Training & Development Manager ensures that all learning and development activities are completely aligned with the culture, values and strategy of the hotel.
He / she monitors and analyzes staff training needs and oversee and implement all departmental training programs.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
Minimum 3 years of training / facilitation experience
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
