1. Train, guide and connect team's members and link team with upper level of management. Organize team work-flow and delegate task2.
Control services quality : guide, transportation, hotel, land tour3. Supervise contracting and costing related activities4.
Supervise data uploaded on Manual Guide, make sure all data is accurate5. Supervise data base for operation department : accommodations, transportation, land tour, etc .
Make sure all data is accurate6. Liaise with coach operators, airlines, hotelires and resort reps7. Negotiate with suppliers8.
Develop new products focusing on better service quality & cost efficiency.9. Producing brochures and internet-based information10.
Advise Sales the right itineraries according to each client's profile / market
1. Experience >
5 years in tour operation, especially in inbound and high-class customer2. Deep knowledge of places, itinerary in Vietnam and others South East Asia Destination such as : Laos, Cambodia.
3. Extensive network with travel & tourism industry suppliers4. Commercial awareness5. Cost control efficiency skills6. Negotiation skill7.
Excellent team player with good leadership skills8. Excellent communicator and problem solving skills9. Posses good supervisory, management and organiztion skills10.
Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills11. Good time management skills12. Strong MS Excel skills.
