Providing technical directions and solution architectural designs for the development, design and integration of intiviations and client solutions
Managing inter-team communication and attending the Engineering Leadership Meetings for the purpose of contributing to the operations of the engineering group
Taking responsibility and ensuring the release plan is current with appropriate approvals
Maintaining the initiative action list, managing dependencies and the RAID log
Assisting in the establishment and assessment KPIs and OKRs for team members
Your Skills and Experience
Sharp, smart, honest, good English communication and confident to directly work, discuss, consult with the international clients.
Problem solving skill
Familiar with Scrum / Agile
Strong knowledge about PHP, Golang, React
Hands-on experience growing a team rapidly
Hand-on experience working across multiple teams and geographies with a willingness to travel on a planned but infrequent basis
