What Will You Do at Confluence?

The Associate Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Consultant is a self-motivated, creative, collaborative, self-managing individual who is able to execute in a fast-

paced environment. The BPO Consultant plays an important role in the management of Confluence BPO services by insuring controls and standard practices are in place for assigned service offerings.

By completing specific tasks essential to our client's business reporting requirements, the BPO Consultant assures data is disseminated globally across a multitude of client's and services in a timely and efficient manner.

The BPO will be responsible for :

  • Suggesting process improvement
  • Managing time efficiently to assure daily task are completed on-time
  • Participating in department improvement initiatives
  • Utilizing problem solving skills to determine the root cause of issues
  • Maintaining Unity database by entering, verifying, and changing data
  • Completing deliverables based on client SLA
  • Configuring the Unity platform according to client requirements and BPO best practices
  • Managing deliverable deadlines across multiple service solutions
  • Recommending actions based on analyzing and interpreting data
  • Compiling client monthly KPI reporting
  • What Qualifications and Skills are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology or equivalent experience required
  • Up to three years relevant experience
  • Fund Accounting, Financial / Investment Services Industry experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills required
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required
  • Excellent time management skills required
  • Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment wherein diplomacy and a passion for diversity are paramount
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Crystal Report experience preferred
  • Ability to deal professionally and courteously with internal service partners and external clients
  • Able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with a wide audience, from technical staff to management, clients and coworkers
  • Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to provide and pass background checks, credit checks, drug screens and / or fingerprinting
  • Ability to work more than 40 hours per week and on holidays
  • Ability to communicate and elevate issues across all levels of management
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours
  • Ability to travel when required
  • Collaborative working style that places team and client success over individual success
  • Escalate issues appropriately to the next level
  • Work well with others as individual contributor
