The HRIS Analyst is a part of the People Operation team. The HRIS Analyst supports the design, development, analysis data and HRIS systems enhancements.
Assists with HRIS systems administration, day-to-day and annual enrollment activities plus provide support to internal employees .
Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of HR Information Systems with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of colleague information for HR department planning and activities.
Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
Analyze employees’ answers to internal surveys (like job satisfaction surveys)
May act as administrator to create security model based on functional responsibilities and configure HR system to enforce the security access to data.
Assist in the design, development and modification of HRIS to suit organizational needs.
Analyze, maintain and troubleshoot human resource information systems and other human resources computer applications and systems.
Research, analyze, and present data as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
3-5 years of related experience in a HR analyst or HRIS role
Extremely strong Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge
Good communication skills both written and verbal (English & Vietnamese)
Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Ad-hoc report building experience
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize
