Recommend a solution for the HR organization chart & department responsibilities.
Plan and manage recruitment.
Manage all compensation-related issues, including working time, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax, and other requirements with relevant authorities.
Lead & manage procedures & paperwork relating to offering letters, employment contracts & other required documents for employees.
Build up KPIs & performance appraisal systems for the performance of departments & key people. Implement and manage the yearly performance review process for employees.
Take part in guiding other departments to draft & recommend internal policies and procedures.
Review, revise & develop HR policies and procedures to support the company’s operations & development, to help talent engagement & retention.
Recommend HR budget & manage HR budget approved.
Build up an orientation training program and other training courses for HR development.
Yearly planning and organizing of team-building, year-end party, and health check.
Develop HR reports as required by the Head of People Operation.
Proven working experience as an HR Manager or a similar position is a must.
