Main duties

  • Recommend a solution for the HR organization chart & department responsibilities.
  • Plan and manage recruitment.
  • Manage all compensation-related issues, including working time, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax, and other requirements with relevant authorities.
  • Lead & manage procedures & paperwork relating to offering letters, employment contracts & other required documents for employees.
  • Build up KPIs & performance appraisal systems for the performance of departments & key people. Implement and manage the yearly performance review process for employees.
  • Take part in guiding other departments to draft & recommend internal policies and procedures.
  • Review, revise & develop HR policies and procedures to support the company’s operations & development, to help talent engagement & retention.
  • Recommend HR budget & manage HR budget approved.
  • Build up an orientation training program and other training courses for HR development.
  • Yearly planning and organizing of team-building, year-end party, and health check.
  • Develop HR reports as required by the Head of People Operation.
  • Requirements

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or a similar position is a must.
  • well-versed in HR analysis, metrics, systems, and databases.
  • Strongpeople'se mindset and results-oriented
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
