Collaborate with Ninja Direct sales teams to Identify potential sourcing clients and fulfil their sourcing requirements
Develop relationships with customers and a keen understanding of their business needs to expand wallet share
Maintain relationships with sourcing customers and develop an understanding of purchasing cycles with the goal of driving customer stickiness and ensuring repeat orders.
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring all sourcing related enquiries are adequately handled by the team, and by ensuring all disputes are settled in a timely and fair manner.
Collaborate with the China commercial team to develop partnerships and revenue opportunities involving china suppliers and local partners
Relevant experience in International trade / commerce, Procurement or Logistics Min. 4 years of related working experience, with a strong background in procurement, supplier management, e-commerce or logistics
Strong negotiation skills Exceptional communication skills Able to work on projects independently with strong time management skills Proficiency in Google Suite Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of Purchasing Knowledge in Supply Chain Management
College Degree in E-Commerce, International Trade, Business Administration or related field preferred
Proficiency in English is a must
