Working ArrangementIn Office Job Description Execute the Standard Operating Procedures Execute the agency Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at the sales offices, focusing on new agents, FTA and new managers & FTM development, including : procedure training, skill coaching workshop arranging on SOP-BAM FTA induction & support Support Sales Manager Development Program Help SMs to apply SMTC knowledge and skills Execute change management activities for SMs to follow SOP and SMTC Evaluate & coach the SM’s performance on SOP-BAM execution in own assigned locations.
Design / update the follow-up SOP-BAM reports and analyze the stats on business KPIs to highlight the ineffective trends to help SM+ improving their business results.
Risk management Ensure the team’s activities complied to the company’s policies Identify potential risk, access risk and enhance barrier to prevent risk Others Handle day-to-day arisen problems in the department.
