1. Strategy, Plan & Management

  • Develop L&OD strategies and plans to deliver business needs.
  • Manage and coach the L&OD team and in-house facilitators to deliver L&OD activities effectively.
  • 2. Learning & Development

  • Lead the development and implementation of a training curriculum and annual training plan for non-mass positions based on business needs and learning need analysis.
  • Work closely with Group L&D Team to develop, manage and implement Group-initiated programs to strengthen employee capabilities (leadership, expertise, etc.).
  • Develop and manage alternative learning solutions (including HC Business School, The Talk, Induction Seminars, etc.) to foster learning culture, enhance employees’ business insights, skillsets and toolsets.
  • Drive employees to accept and embrace new learning methods and technologies including digital learning and social learning platforms to drive engagement and scale.
  • 3. Talent & Culture

  • Develop tools, programs and solutions to enable successful execution of Talent Development programs & mapping for HC.
  • Lead & develop tools, framework & processes to improve employee and organizational performance, including leadership development, performance management and succession planning.
  • Lead, develop and manage the implementation of programs and initiatives to embed Home Credit culture including HC DNA, tech-forward, learning culture, etc.
  • 4. Others

  • Participate in HR projects which support enhancing company culture, values and employer branding.
  • Participate in other assignments or projects as incurred from time to time.

  • University Degree in HR, Business or equivalent
  • At least 5 years in Training management, organization development experience or experienced in similar HR job function.
  • Experience partnering with managers to deliver HR solutions is preferred
  • Good consultative, organising and influencing skills
  • Confident & dynamic, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Vietnamese skills
  • Ability to initiate and follow through on initiatives
  • Experience with digital learning and social learning platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build constructive, deferential working relationships
  • Sound human resources management capabilities, business acumen and determination.
