Job Responsibilities

Facilitate the development of product in the manufacturing process through transfer of best practice tools, building & implementation of an operating quality systems;

Provide technical support to new and existing business initiatives and product rollouts including ingredient / product approvals;

Build a detailed knowledge base of local regulations on ingredients / additives / packaging / labeling through interaction with local technical networks / organization / government agencies;

Responsible on market Quality Control and customer complain;

Create awareness about Quality across all functions within Business Unit

Develop / coach sufficient skills and succession for the QC staff

Your Team

Skills and Experience

A bachelor's degree in relevant majors

In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards

Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods

Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills

Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Good technical and IT skills.
