1. Client service :

  • Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements and to gain insights on the needs of clients, market practices and brand awareness
  • 2. Concept proposal / quotation :

  • Take brief from client
  • Research to deep understand client’s briefs : customers insight, market, brand characters, event format
  • Brainstorm ideas for proposals
  • Coordinate to project team to get full materials for writing proposal
  • Prepare materials and equipment for the client pitch
  • Support Project Leaders to collect the internal cost and make quotation
  • Participate in writing proposals and conducting presentations
  • 3. Project follow-up :

  • Liaise between the client and all third parties involved in, ensuring a timely completion of projects
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure client’s satisfaction
  • Preparing contact reports, working schedules, project reports, scripts as guided from supervisor
  • Prepare master timeline, checklist. Write MC scripts, program agenda, execution plan
  • Make a task list and allocate the resource to execute the campaign
  • Propose the suitable supplier for the project. Be creative to drive the cost down in difficult situation without sacrifice the quality of the work.
  • Execute some parts of event assigned by Project Leader
  • Developing storyline of performances of the show
  • Briefing creative or supplier to execute the visuals.
  • Prepare logistic tasks for the project
  • Do a report to client after the projects
  • Do paperwork such as contract, payment advance and liquidation, etc.
  • 4. Others :

  • Support Line Manager with the daily running task
  • Report to Line Manager on a weekly basis
  • Research and study new trends or innovative case studies in Event Industry that have been done locally or globally
  • Keep Line Manager updated with Competitors activities or Industry trend
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
  • Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • BA degree in Marketing, Foreign Language, Business Administration, Communications
  • At least 1 year experience in similar position in agency
  • Passionate, collaborative, outgoing, proactive and creative
  • Proficient in verbal and written communications in both English and Vietnamese, particularly in relation to proposals and presentation
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Express) and Internet tools
  • Good understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients at high level
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
