Role Description :

  • Accountable for all aspects of IT infrastructure services at the territory level
  • Provide strategic direction, planning, technical project management, stakeholder management and reporting services at the territory level for infrastructure services
  • Act as the Technology advocate and primary internal customer contact between strategic service providers and business users
  • Responsible to build relationships with key customers and stakeholders to influence and execute within Nike’s Technology Infrastructure strategic direction
  • Partner with Territory / Geo Nike Tech leadership to align strategy and execution of key Infrastructure portfolio initiatives
  • Manages IT Infrastructure resources (people, budget, projects) and related support functions at the territory
  • Manage & lead Infrastructure local projects and their execution in the territory by partnering closely with the global infrastructure tower teams
  • Manage, own and lead initiatives and projects driven by global teams for execution at the territory
  • As the Infrastructure leader at the territory, ensure global Technology Infrastructure requirements, standards and security compliances are met and adhered to
  • Responsible to ensure service delivery, governance and service provider management at the territory; escalates performance issues to global team owners
  • Align, enforce and maintain global policies & procedures with local customizations where required
  • Develops location specific Infrastructure plans based on business requirements for territory Nike & partner locations including Distribution centers, 3PL partners, Manufacturing facilities collaborates with Nike Infrastructure global teams for alignment and visibility
  • Primary interface between the Nike business and Technology Infrastructure towers and service providers
  • Manages Team of on-site resources responsible for day-to-day infrastructure operations, creates opportunities for staff development, makes hiring decisions, drives performance management, recognition and rewards
  • Ensure global infrastructure announcements and end user communications are delivered at the territory taking language into consideration
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting and vendor management in a technical context.
  • Experienced in structured project methodologies
  • Detailed oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pro-active and accustomed to working with tight timelines
  • Good customer and user management skills
