You will be supporting in the administrative duties within the Development Management team, which include the creation of purchase requisitions and orders, keying of payment certificates, requests for variation to contract sums.
Other duties include filing of documentations such as design drawing, contract documents and project correspondences, processing and tracking of payment to consultants / contractors and arranging of project meetings.
You should possess a Degree with at least 2 years’ administrative experience. Experience in property and / or construction organisation for purchasing, maintaining records and documentation, as well as a working knowledge of SAP PR / PO functions, will be an advantage.
You should be proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel. In addition, you need to be meticulous, highly organised and able to work independently.
Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
