Job Description

  • Ensure luxury service quality and efficient service experiences
  • Manage the overall Kitchen operation while developing talents, responsible for staffing and hiring
  • Create innovative Culinary events and promotions to ensure exceptional financial performance
  • Ensure excellent and efficient communication within the team and with other departments
  • Member of Executive Committee
  • Work Experience

  • Bachelor / Culinary degree
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with strong creativity and attention to details
  • Asian experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent team motivator, customer centric
  • Excellent English is required, French speaking is a pluss
