As an Android developer, you will be exposed and involved in various projects in many domain knowledge fields, at different stages of development.
Hands on building top-notch Android Applications not only beautiful from an User Interface perspective but also have to be an internally strong, beautiful and well-architected codebase.

Passion for Android Development.
Have no trouble working with Android Studio because we hate Eclipse. (but can work on supporting Eclipse projects, we still hate Eclipse).
Consume Rest API and JSON with ease, and may be SOAP.
Android UI Element customization is your second nature.
Applied or want to apply MVP (or other well-known architectures) to your Android Application. Because we want our app to be internally beautiful.
Applied or want to apply Unit Testing to your Android Application.
Solid knowledge of OOP (who doesn’t?).
Out-of-the-box thinking and solves problem.
Work as a team player.
