  • Maintaining and increasing sales of D’art Chocolate products.
  • Follow and build Sales Strategies and Targets to reach the goals set for Hanoi.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base.
  • Servicing the needs of our existing customers.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures.
  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Reporting to senior managers.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Help build programs to drive growth and healthy engagement among customer.

  • A passion for building an established chocolate brand towards the next level.
  • 3+ years experience in a sales or marketing environment or similar.
  • Numbers-driven approach towards hitting targers.
  • Flexible and can deal effectively with rapid changes in the market.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset (self-motivated, tenacious, resourceful, and independent).
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
