A / Main responsibilities, deliverables and contribution of this job to LOréal VN :

  • Partner with the business to design and deliverthe divisions people plan and key priorities
  • Develop strong understanding of the business anddivisions the role holder supports
  • Build a people plan aligned to business needs andCountry HR Frame
  • Ensure seamless delivery of the divisions peopleplans, in collaboration with key stakeholders and relevant regional or countryHR teams
  • Develop talent for the business andensure strong succession pipeline
  • Ensure clear development plans are in place for talentacross the divisions
  • Partner with business leaders to follow up andexecute on development plans, facilitating movement of talent within and acrossdivisions
  • Build strong succession pipeline and participate ininternal and external talent mapping
  • Support business to build key distinctivecapabilities to support business objectives
  • Define organization structure and ways ofworking for the divisions to enhance collaboration
  • Review organization set up and scoping of roles acrossthe divisions. Ensure consistency and alignment in organization structure andfit for purpose organization model
  • Review and align with business leaders oncommunicating and enhancing ways of working for effective collaboration withinand across divisions
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure roleprofiles, job titles and grading are fit for purpose
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of fullspectrum HR activities for the business
  • Ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of full suite HRactivities, acting as first point of contact for the business on people matters
  • Effectively navigate HR systems to execute on key HRoperational tasks, maintaining data confidentiality and integrity
  • Support and collaborate with HR Centresof Excellence to enhance HR delivery
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence withincountry and regional teams to provide relevant information and partnering toenhance HR delivery
  • Play an active role in supporting key projects andoverall team initiatives
  • B / Most important qualifications, background and experience :

  • Strong background in HR business partnering with 7+ years experience in HR roles
  • Excellent analytical skill and critical thinking
  • Strong project management & organization skill
  • Creativity & Initiative Driving is a plus
  • Good commercial acumen and business understanding
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively, particularly with senior stakeholders
  • Interest in beauty industry is a plus
