Main Job Purpose :

This position is to drive Revenue & Margin growth in Heineken Vietnam in consumer & customer centric way.

This role partners with DDS and RMG APAC in the design & implementation of DDS / RM methodology and tools, capability across Sales and Marketing team to identify Revenue opportunities across the following but not limited to :

o Driving Data Driven Sales Capability of RMG and Sales / Marketing functions

o Implementing RMG strategy at regions level with Sales and Trade MKT including trade

terms investment, mix management, promotion investment, Rev KPIs, etc

o Driving the transformation for RMG fit for future with DDS capability and implementing

the cut through solution with Power BI, advance analytics.

Responsible for RM opportunity identification & implementation on by segmented regions

Articulates analytics proposition to business stakeholders, and collaborates to identify use case


Support analytics design decisions by taking relevant inputs from business team and defining clear

plan for analytics team; pushes analytics teams to confirm assumptions, extract relevant insights and

to interpret the models and outputs

Leads communication of analytics outputs with executives, acts as bridge between management and analytics specialists : Shares insights with business stakeholders and collects inputs

Enhance Data Driven Capability at Sales manager level; Translate analytics insights into specific

execution and drive change management.

Strong agile experience to play the role of product owner / scrum master

Regional Margin Growth (RMG) Manager- Ho Chi Minh City

Analyze and make recommendations for regional RMG or Commercial project

  • Conduct business analyses & generate insight for, a) identification of NR (Net Revenue) opportunities within channels x regions to be executed within the year;
  • b) implementation tracking for ongoing project reviews

    Develop appropriate RM dashboards and tracking methodologies for top management, country

    leadership, commercial teams, sales team

    Build and track execution KPIs for the RMG initiative in region

    Revenue Management and DDS Leader - APAC / RM Managers & Business Analysis Team Members

    Regional Sales, SRP team, Regional Trade MKT

    Trade Marketing & Commercial Team Leaders

    Experience & Qualifications :

    3-5 years of relevant work experience, with managerial level

    Commercial experience in consumer goods (Trade Marketing, CMI, Cat Management, Sale analytics, Revenue Management, DDS)
