Job description :

  • Receive and handle request information supporting from Partners / shippers
  • Follow orders (order status, failed delivery, RTS)
  • Collaborate with internal departments to handle abnormal orders
  • Make daily reports, and confirm order report
  • Make weekly report of partners / shippers performance
  • Follow with FIN to make billing for partners / shippers biweekly / weekly / monthly
  • Requirement :

  • Freshmen or max 1 year as same position
  • Graduated University with major in economic, logistics
  • Good at using MS Office
  • Good communication in English (prefer)
  • Have customer service skills (prefer)
