Ensure compliance with regulatory, departmental and company policies as well as Vietnam Gaming Laws.
Manage team of employees in the performance of their duties.
Motivate employees to exert effort necessary to attain organizational goals.
Manage effective labor requirements and coverage in all slot areas at all times.
Ensure effective communication of customer interactions or feedback within the department.
Ensure all guest disputes and complaint are handled and resolved professionally, accurately, efficiently and report directly to shift manager on duty or above.
Verify all payouts and assist in the process of payments within permitted limitations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Minimum of three years’ experience in supervisor or above in a slot gaming or casino operation.
University graduated or above.
Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and enjoy interacting with guests whilst looking for service opportunities.
