Our client is a Vietnamese company, now looking for a Sales General Manager in HCMC :
Make Sales strategies and plans, then arrange and supervise for implementation.
Maintain and develop the relationship of existing customers
Design and implement a strategic business plans
Achieve growth and hit sales targets
Take charge of recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
Manage costs related to sales activities
Build up, maintain and develop relationship with customers & principals.
Maximize GP (gross profit) and minimize late delivery or late payment with customers
Other details will be discussed during interview
Yêu cầu công việc
Male / Female (Male is preferred)
Academic level : University degree
Experience : At least 10 years sales experience & more than 05 years’ experience of sales management position
Experience in sales for those industries : Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, EPC, F&B,...
Sales experience for pump or compressor products is an advantage
Language : Good English communication
Excellent communication, management and problem solving skills
