  • Provides exceptional services to guests and internal customers in other department at all time to maintain positive interactions with good working relationships
  • Maintains accurate records of members and guests
  • Be responsible for the cleanliness and order of the reception area and filling system
  • Ensures that status of lockers are constantly updated
  • Ensures that all treatments are properly recorded and allocated
  • Ensure that all shifts are properly recorded in the reservations sheet
  • Adheres to the proper procedures of membership enrolment
  • Reorders spa supplies to maintain adequate par-stock for smooth spa operations
  • Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily
  • Controls and accounts for all transactions at the reception area according to current accounting procedures
  • Ensures at all times a high standard of welcome greeting and hospitality to all
  • Conducts tours of the Spa facilities with all potential members and Guests
  • Forwards any membership inquiries to the Spa Manager
  • Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established and the Hotels policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety
  • Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required
  • Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned-1 year experience the same position - English fluently
