Receive requests & feedback of users, do investigation, update documents and share knowledge to other teams to make improvements of an innovative solution for the pharmaceutical market.
Daily operation contains (but not limited) :
Take charge of incidents and requests, process and monitor them until they are completed
Analyze the root causes of interrupted services
Update technical documents
Share knowledge to devs & QC teams
Meeting with the team to decide & assign task
Brainstorming how to improve UI / UX of the systems, how to make users happy or improve the performance of operation departments
Coordinate with other teams to collect requirements & feedback
Training users to use new features; monitor until users use them completely smooth
1 + year of working experience
Fast learning & fast problem-solving is a must
Must be very eager to contribute not only to tech systems but also to the business & success of the company
Experienced with programming
Basic knowledge of computer science
Good knowledge of cloud services, micro-services, network, APIs, popular DB & DBMS
Experienced with Jira & Confluence is a plus
