Work experience / field : At least 5 years of experience in the Technical Sales / Prod.Mgmt. (internal or external); Experience in refractory supervision business.
educational background : Engineering Degree
IT skills : SAP / SD, MS word
Language skills : English
Travel requirements : Frequent

Main responsivities :
Carry out trials( along with marketing and sales department) with new material in close cooperation with customer to prolong EAF / BOF / LADLE AND TUNDISH life
To make strategy how to Increase profit margin and customer satisfaction.
Assist the Team leader / service technician on site
Send weekly report to sales manager and head of marketing department in Singapore.
Every week review refractory ,tools, spare parts stock on site and transit, ordered material in pipe line.
Daily meeting with melt shop manager to know their difficulties / requirments in operation.
Weekly meeting with melt shop sectional in charge ( BOF / LD / TD / SD)to review refractory performance.
Daily internal meeting with RHIM personnel’s working on site
Define and set the tasks of the day / week / month to Team leaders working with him.
Demand reports from the team leader
Have right to exchange team leader from one area to other
Your tasks will include :
Support member of team
Responsibility for the assigned installation site reg. RHIM products / services
Responsibility for service quality
Competent technical representation of RHIM on-site
Assure that all products are used or lined in a proper way according to RHIM’s SOP.
Organization of customer trainings concerning the proper use of RHIM products and services
Coordination and - if necessary - supervision of lining processes
Support customer is not only using refractory but also for steel making.
Support demand planning involving the customer, RHIM customer service dept. and Service Engineers
