Job role
We are looking to hire a Product Manager who is passionate about making investments accessible to everyone. As a Product Manager (Retention focus), you are responsible for leading experimentation along with data-driven decision-making to drive products to reach the next level of customer satisfaction and retention.
You need to analyze your experiment results and make improvements to your strategies constantly.
Responsibilities
Help in developing and implementing product vision and strategy.
Analyze the user lifecycle, including the activation, retention, dormancy, and resurrection phases, and deploy experiments to improve the lifetime value (LTV) and decrease churn.
Apply best practices for how to best engage customers, and retain them for the long term.
Apply behavioral psychology to the customer purchase funnel to improve the product’s design, and run A / B tests to assess success.
Coordinate with UX / UI Designers, Growth Managers, and Engineers to design experiments / features from end to end and deliver them on time.
Requirements
Two or more years of experience in product management or similar roles
Passionate about the fintech industry (particularly investment platforms) is a big plus
Having some experience in user research, user testing, data analytics will be preferable
Have strong presentation skills
Ability to think creative and solve problems
Familiarity with the agile development framework will be preferable.
