1. Assisst to Organize event of Company.
2. Assisst to Organize meeting, conference, class of Company.
3. Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
4. Assist in monthly payroll, insurance calculation, and other benefit programs / schemes.
5. Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on career pages, process incoming resumes and provide orientations for new employees.
6. Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
7. Collaborate with Office Admin to manage HR Department’s stationery, book ticket, hotel, visa, work permit for business trip and other activities,
8. Make payment of internet, electronic, parking fee, phone, and other.
9. Manage and in charge of daily operation working.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Have 1 experience year or similar position, 22 - 26 years old.
2. Good communication at English.
3. Team work, problem solving skill, multi tasks.
4. Full range of functional HR skills : workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation, organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and change management.
5. Responsibility, carefully, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, highly trustworthy.
