Strategy
Drive change management requests to local applications meet Group standards & framework
Support users in identifying & implement local application issues & bugs fixes
Effectively apply application development frameworks; risk and control & data governance
Closely coordinate with internal Technology teams to ensure change delivery smoothly implemented, no issues & complaints from users.
Ensure all application changes & development projects meet timelines and pre-determined objectives
Align with Group recommended architecture, give specifications to the development team involved in the development process.
Decommission plan for ineffectiveness local applications. Leading roadmap for system obsolescence preventions.
Key Requirements : Hands on software programming experience. Should implement and mentor the team to follow best practices using NET 3.
5 and higher Framework (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Entity Framework) Have working experience with database like SQL Server 2008 R2 higher Good knowledge of various Data Structures and Optimization techniques.
Good knowledge of Cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure) Have complete experience in SDLC process Agile / DevSecOps tooling and practices Ability to interact with stakeholders to achieve organization goals Ability to communicate in English Domain experience in Banking and Financial Institutions Shape the end-to-end architecture and design and own the documentation of the technology architecture

Governance of ITAM / EUC, audits, business capacity forecast is aligned to the Bank’s standards.
In-house software development standards and frameworks (SDF) compliance
Change Management, Incident and Problem Management process
Risk Management
Review and quality control source code of IT Application team after development change request / project and delivery product to end user.
Responsible for reviewing application enhancement / development BRDs to ensure no data & functionality risk
Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for application development & periodic review exercises
Create and monitor business continuity plans to minimize the impact of high serve issue to business
Strictly follow & initiate plans to fix audit findings & regulatory risk items
Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training
