Study Group is looking to further expand the success of its Higher Education portfolio by recruiting a Sales Support Associate who will assist the local sales team in Vietnam.

The successful applicant will have deep experience of working in a highly pressurised and deadline-driven customer facing environment.

The role will include significant interaction with the individual Product & Admissions teams for ANZ, North America, & UK product portfolio.

The Sales Support Associate will also deliver support services to our agent network, e.g. assisting agents with pre-counselling and pre-document assessment.

Key responsibilities of the role :

  • Liaise with Study Group’s Partner Sales Managers, Products Manager, the agent network and Admissions to ensure high quality customer service.
  • Understand and provide quick responses related to any Admissions process related queries
  • Work alongside sales and marketing to understand and identify market trends and opportunities for student recruitment.
  • Provide value-add service through in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, course location and entry requirements
  • Contact and follow up with agents and students to ensure that the required documentation to complete applications are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Drive conversion rates by following up with agents and students on a regular basis.
  • Solve problematic cases and achieve resolution within a faster time-frame
  • Reduce communication barriers between agents and Admissions team which will result in higher agent satisfaction rate.
  • Selection Criteria :

  • Tertiary qualified in business, communications, education or a related field
  • Fluency in English plus Vietnamese
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool knowledge, preferably
  • Sales experience †(Knowledge of global education systems & experience of working in the education industry are highly desirable)
  • Customer-service orientated and consultative approach to selling
  • Knowledge of International Student Recruitment (desired)
  • Positive, Can-do attitude
  • Comfortable in high pressure environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • Sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
