Setup and imply company’s sales strategy & plan to meet sales target
In charge of the key customers accounts in Vietnam
Manage sales and marketing team, provide training and timely evaluate
Be responsible for managing sales teams on a day to day basis using leadership and coaching skills to develop all individual team member’s required competencies, selling skills and product knowledge.
In charge of marketing, can take part of business development projects depending of abilities and availabilities
Manage sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
Possibilities to conduct change, implement new ideas, set up new system, brands, etc..
Proficiency in English
At least 3-year experience in Sale Management level
Excellent in business plan
Exceptional customer interpersonal skills.
Ability to negotiate effectively
Nice to have :
Chinese, Japanese is a positive additional factor.
Male from 28-35 years old preferably.
