As a Head of Ecommerce you will be responsible for collaborating with

cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce

business including, business planning, content strategy and development,

promotional campaigns and other online marketing contents, website

design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies for the

Cocomi.vn platforms and the strategic development for the Cocomi offline

stores in Vietnam.


Serving as a liaison and primary point of contact of the COCOMI

business for cross functional partners acting as a project

manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement,

and test eCommerce initiatives.

Participating in the development and execution of strategic and

tactical business plans with other members of the cross

functional team supporting the eCommerce strategy.

Managing the user experience of the website including site

navigation, content development, checkout funnel and

promotional campaigns.

Developing and overseeing the effective planning, QA and

execution of content across the websites and online marketing

campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all

web content publishing.

Managing all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce

and communicating relevant information to team members,

executive leadership and cross-functional partners.

Partnering with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant

organizational goals and implications are factored into

eCommerce projects.

Building and directing a cohesive team of internal team

members and external partners to effectively develop

eCommerce solutions.

Generating and implementing new sales and marketing

initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability. (P&L


Providing expertise on current eCommerce industry best

practices. Consulting on cross-functional projects to ensure

eCommerce principles are incorporated.

Identifying new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond

current organizational thinking and implement innovative

solutions in order to develop the platform to the next level.

Front-End and Back-End Development)

Developing strategic goals for setting up an offline retail chain

for COCOMI in Vietnam.

Expanding the Business Portfolio of Brands, creates winning

opportunities and meets company sales goals.


Our ideal candidate profile is someone who has a minimum of 4+ years’

with a proven record of leading projects successfully. The person comes

  • with strong e-commerce experience, including digital knowledges in;
  • Increasing web traffic and driving online sales and

    re-strategizing all digital channel managementCreating huge

    growth in customers, sales and satisfaction.

    Leading and managing SEO / SEM, marketing database, email,

    social media and / or display advertising campaigns.

    Setting up and optimizing paid media campaigns.

    Managing website analytics tools, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

    development and constraints.

    Be the key driver in developing and optimizing the performance

    and digital brand marketing of the E-commerce platform.

    Deliver a strategic approach in converting ongoing traffic and

    promotions to generate sales revenues and build brand


    Various other knowledges needed :

    You have perfect English and Vietnamese skills.

    You are extremely organized and have the ability to prioritize, to

    work to tight deadlines.

    You are passionate about the digital world and have strong

    experience in this industry

    You have proven leadership of large eCommerce projects and

    have experience with B2C eCommerce platforms.

    You have extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology,

    market trends, industrial developments and sophisticated


    You are able to demonstrate strong business judgment and

    decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate

    highest impact initiatives
