  • Manages full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits,
  • payroll, learning & development and employee engagement Develops and implements HR and Administration policies and processes for all staff, in accordance with Vietnam Labour Code;
  • Review and recommend compensation and benefits program to attract and retain talent;
  • Develops and implements training and development initiatives to address current
  • capabilities and future training needs, including on-the-job operational training, department special training, management development, new hire orientation and on boarding;
  • Build company culture.
  • Develops and implements compensation strategies and structures that align with company
  • goals and ensures the provisions of cost effective benefits plan;
  • Deploy periodic assessment of departmental / staff objectives to evaluate effectiveness and
  • suitability;
  • Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported & resolved;
  • Review organizational structures for effective deployment of resources;
  • Responsible for the planning of annual manpower budget;
  • Plans, develops, implements and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to
  • help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and leads the implementation of a performance management system;
  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the company.
  • Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work
  • permits as applicable.

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to
  • budgetary constraints

  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services (IT, office management ), maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians, IT staffs, cleaning service )
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (yearly company events )
  • Working with relevant authorities as requested from time to time;
  • Other tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 10 year working experience at the position HR & Admin Manager in MNC related to Fintech, Financial Services, Technology industries
  • Well versed with Vietnam labour law and best practices
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Good experience in KPI system
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Good advisor with open, flexible and business-sense
  • Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision
  • Team work and can collaborate with other teams in the Company
