You will be responsible for the end to end implementation of product releases. Specifically, you will :
1. Manage the (release) backlog : Clarify requirements with key stakeholders, set priorities and plan sprints
2. Validate implementation plans with the development team : Ensure technical solutions are robust and yield high-performance, with realistic assumptions & estimates
3. Oversee the implementation progress : Support the teams to ensure both time and quality objectives are met (Troubleshooting, priorities management, testing )
4. Ensure deliverables meet the company quality standards : Conduct the final review stage before changes are delivered to users and help build the engineering culture
As you get a better understanding of the product & the vision driving its development, you will gradually take a key role in the global backlog management and weigh-in early on requirements to ensure they fit in the global picture
The ideal candidate has a solid technical background sufficient to understand in depth complex technical challenges and provide guidance to software engineers (software architect), along with good communication and business sense (UX & UI sensibility appreciated)
Significant experience leading developers technically, ideally in a medium size product company (i.e Orange Logic alike).
Good command of English (oral and written)
