Job Description :
Role title : Account Executive
Work under the supervision of Account Manager. Assist planning and executing client services, including strategic planning, creative development, and media services, in order to facilitate project operations.
Account & Relation Management :
Together with AM, communicate with clients’ members to deliver daily work as Client’s expectation, grasp their issues and immediately to inform senior levels with solutions.
In addition, pursue client’s agenda with their insight and passion. Take care and entertain Client at equal levels when needed.
3rd party management
Planning & Execution Management :
Together with AM level onward to prepare Credential for new Clients. Tailor made case studies up to each Client’s business, except case studies relevant to strategy mainly.
Guide and together with AE to collect and well prepare the contents relevant to brand induction, client debrief, competitive review, market check, contact report, project timeline.
Get seniors’ approval before releasing to Client or internal teams.
Assist AM to develop Client Brief (in case Client just brief verbally) and simple Briefs for internal teams (without relevant to strategy), cooperating with AD / AAD
Attend meeting with Senior positions. Well understanding Client’s brief / expectation. Well digest Client’s brands / products as well as understanding thoroughly the strategy, the creative content that internal teams develop for Clients in order to enhance the confidence to sell stuffs to Clients and manage all activities run well under the consistent strategy.
Assist AD / AAD / AM to follow-up and collect all materials from internal teams to prepare proper presentation decks.
Supervise AE to prepare competitive materials collection and client materials supporting.
Creative production operational and follow-up logistic arrangement
Manage staffs in one’s charge with project timeline. Together with senior position in teams work to meet target goal.
In charge of preparation and presentation for WIP report (with Clients & internal)
Manage paperwork, quotation and follow-up payments.
Quality Assurance and Operations :
Review all outputs to make sure they meet cost / schedule / quality requirement from client and give feedback accurately to team members.
People Development :
Develop and manage AE and interns
Support AE and intern execution and motivate them to grow up.
New Business Development :
Make a proactive effort to explore new scope from current Clients and new business opportunities that tap into new markets and pitch proposals to potential clients with an eye to expanding the customer base.
