Get to know the role :
As an Account Management, you will be responsible for establishing and managing strong business relationships with existing and potential merchants to drive growth for GrabFood.
You will lead all elements of business identification, partnerships, account management, and execution strategy.
The day-to-day activities :
optimize GrabFood traffics and increase profitability by marketing campaign execution
Project management : Develop strategic plans and processes efficiently to ensure it meets company KPIs
Performance tracking : Analyze data and deep dive merchant performance; follow the actions of competitors and market trends to drive initiatives for restaurants’ growth strategies
Operations : Support F&B merchants’ day-to-day issues; work together with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations
Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in relevant field e.g. Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics
Strong data-driven mindset to use various metrics and analyze complex cases. Experience in quantitative analysis and data manipulation preferred
1 year experience is preferred but Fresh graduates are welcome
Fluent in written and spoken English. Well-developed communication and presentation skills
