JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Participate company projects to develop of product, process and system.
Designs and implements credit card operations policies and procedures.
Analyze operational effectiveness of all card operations and implementation procedures; determine cause for any gaps in operational effectiveness and implement process improvement plans as needed.
Participate in projects for not only Credit Card but also BNPL project to ensure proper representation of the cards and deposit review are being met.
Provide support for the implementation of new card products, services, and regulatory compliance.
Support internal departments on cross-functional processes such as reconciliations and other systems involving card functions and processes.
2. Working with departments, Card organizations and partner bank to solve complaints / inquiries and handle relevant tasks :
Manage billing disputes (chargebacks) related to credit card.
Interact with customers (cardholders & merchants), organizations and international networks to resolve billing mattes.
Monitoring Card Issuance, Card Delivery and Equal Payment Plan program.
Process payment invoices with partners (MKS, VISA, VNPOST, MPOS..).
Budget and review expenditures for the department.
Follow-up the Cards System / Gateway implementation and get trained on it.
Develop and execute the knowledge and skill about system operation for driving business.
Keep tracking of reconcile process of money of payment transaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
From 3 years experiences in processing chargeback disputes of Card.
Have knowledge about Card operations, credit card system and processes.
Must be fully conversant with Visa / Master / JCB / Napas rules regulations, transactions flows and preferably the message formats.
Experience in working procedures (Operational & Technical) & compliance with card network associations.
Communication skills, good customer service.
Proficient technical skills Microsoft Office.
Work well independently but must also work as part of a team.
