  • Monitoring and supervising a team of BDE to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales.
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team, providing guidance, instruction
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
  • Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Conducting performance reviews.
  • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches to potential hotel partners.
  • Oversee the sales process to attract new partners.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with partners and address their needs effectively.
  • Conduct cold-call to identify leads.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
  • Enter new hotel partner data and update changes to existing accounts correctly in the company system.
  • Other reasonable duties, as assigned.
  • Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, in business development at reputable tourism business. Familiarity with Hotel, Service and Online Travel Agent (OTA) businesses.
  • Minimum of 1 year managing people and tracking record of team motivation and positive sales results
  • Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
  • Proficient use of MS Office programs including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet rigorous deadlines and work effectively with others. Good time management and have attention to details.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
