Job Description

Report to APAC CEO and have different missions :

1. Assist the APAC CEO and provide support :

  • On the Office management
  • On Executive topics
  • On the Linkbynet SPIRIT Animation
  • On internal Seminars and meetings organization
  • On the day to day agenda and activities
  • 2. Ensure some Sales Back-Office actions including :

  • Sales document preparation
  • Being responsible of the Billing / Invoicing Process for our new and existing customers in Hong Kong.
  • Launching new projects to the Operation teams and smoothing the communication between the Sales Team and the Operation Teams.
  • Managing CRM KPI and provide reporting for the CEO
  • Following our subcontractors for the operations (payments, contracts, etc.)
  • 3. Work closely with the following key people in our organization :

  • The APAC Sales Team :
  • The ,Partnership Manager, for the day to day activities (CRM, Legal, Proposal, etc.)
  • The Account Directors / Project Managers for our biggest customers
  • The APAC CEO for the development in ASIA and provide support for the Executive topics
  • The APAC CFO for reporting and Invoicing / Billing process.
  • Qualifications

  • BSc / MSc in Business Administrator / English Linguistics or Equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Good command of English and Cantonese. Written and spoken
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Team oriented
  • Familiar with both foreign and Hong Kong working environment.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentialit
