The opportunity

Risk senior (can extend to manager level depending on experience) Hanoi Office

Responsibilities :

  • Participate in Consulting engagements for financial institutions covering : Operational risk management services including design and implementation of RCSA, KRI, Loss data collection, BCP, outsourcing risk management, new product risk management and other related topics of operational risk management framework Internal audit services including design and implementation of risk assessment, internal audit planning, internal audit execution, internal audit training and other related topics Validate model, risk management framework, ICAAP and solution implementation of client Internal Control due diligence service including assessing effectiveness and adequacy of control system and control environment of targeted auditees.
  • Compliance review and gap assessment against regulations and related standards / benchmarks Design and enhance business processes to mitigate risks and improve efficiency Support in system implementation and cooperate with vendors as business analyst or PMO Other services as requested

  • Take part in internal projects of the team in R&D activities and develop solutions as directed by team leader.
  • Participate in proposal and pursuing engagement opportunities process including presentation, proposal submission and contract finalization
  • Manage engagements and report to manager / senior manager on due course
  • Complete training programs and learning opportunities as assigned by EY and team leader depending on job requirement.
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • Having at least 3-year experience in banking industry specializing in internal control, internal audit, IT risk management, BCP, operational risk management or similar experience as consultant with Big 4 firms
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong Excel, Word and Powerpoint skill
  • Good presentation, self-research and teamwork skill
  • Preferred (optional) :

  • Having professional certificates such as FRM, PRM, CIA, ACCA, CPA, CISA, CFA, ISO, etc
  • Proficiency in VBA, R, Python or SQL.
