The role : This is a new role that works hand in hand with our Marketing Manager - Australia, New Zealand (ANZ) and South East Asia (SEA), regional campaign team and Country Sales Manager to accelerate our market performance, with a focus on driving the growth of the Pearson Test of English (PTE) in Vietnam.
You will have experience in activating brand and product campaigns at a local level. You will be hands on supporting our Marketing Manager in executing our South East Asia based marketing plans, in language Vietnamese PTE campaigns and new product launches.
What you will do :
Work in partnership with the Marketing Manager ANZ & SEA and Sales Manager to translate our global marketing strategy into a local South East Asia brand and digital marketing plan to ensure we are maximising our market growth.
Execute our brand and stakeholder annual marketing plans flawlessly, sharing best practice and data with regional and global teams to fuel a culture of always learning, always improving.
Action the transcreation of global campaign to local needs; create and execute local product campaigns, with a specific focus on Vietnam.
Work in seamless partnership with regional campaign teams to implement in-market elements of our campaigns.
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have :
Proven track record of developing and optimising campaigns, with a deep understanding of the country landscape.
Significant experience in working in a brand portfolio, delivering the full funnel marketing campaigns and in executing on promotional campaigns across different channels
Marketing communications expertise and excellent copywriting skills, both in Vietnamese and English
Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
