1. Job summary
Enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values.
Be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.
2. Job accountabilities
Identify training needs by evaluating by actual strengths and weaknesses to ensure improvement.

Design training material by combing various training methods to align with actual needs and plan.
Facilitate engagement program, support internal event ideas.
Be proactive in training projects, train the trainer program, succession planning.

Partner on building annual training program and prepare teaching plans.
Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
Control onboarding process to ensure partnership with new hires on their induction program.
Deliver training courses, process training quality check and consult business with the most suitable training method / solutions.
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant and progressively more responsible work experience is required.
It is a plus for candidates to have experience in leading project or team.
Strong verbal and written (Vietnamese & English) communication and organizational skills and sensitivity to cultural issues is required.
Good communication skill, critical thinking skill, facilitating skill.
