Responsibilities :
Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding, off-boarding, application for work passes, annual performance appraisal, and training plans.
Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievance, disciplinary issue, and termination
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Coaching / advising managers in HR processes and legislative requirements in general, to ensure that HR matters are effectively dealt with.
Formulating and implementing people programs, frameworks, and policies to improve employee experience and support company business growth.
This includes finding new, creative ways to engage potential and existing team members.
Provide human resources support and consultation across the business on the most complex issues, performance management, compensation and rewards, staff relations, and people development.
Requirement
At least 3 - 4 years working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
