This position is responsible for the strategic design, implementation and management of multi- channel communication programs including but not limited to digital and print media, social media and internal communication activities to promote the value of ACB Digital Banking to internal and external audience as well as support sale optimization.
Key skills needed for the best fit include strategic thinking, creative concept evaluation, project management, planning and organization, working within a team, and creative / strategic acumen
This position will report directly to the Head of Digital Banking.
Develop strategic communications planning and related marketing contents as well as monitor the implementation for Digital Banking products and image in media of all forms liaising with other departments and the Management team
Manage relationship and coordinate with related stakeholders (Research, Product management, Marketing ) within the bank to develop appropriate product offerings to existing and potential customers
Liaise with Marketing team and agencies to oversee execution of tactical plans
Analyze and report on all campaigns, provide results and actionable recommendations to the stakeholders

Bachelor degree in marketing, communications and / or technical areas.
Knowledge in Financial Services, Banking is a plus
2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus in content development and / or reporting.
Hands-on experience with inbound marketing systems, and familiarity with marketing automation practices.
Excellent project and deadline management skills
Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication ability
Work well under pressure and be able to multi- task on concurrent projects
Highly motivated, quick-learner, self-starter
