Job Description

Participate as member in software development project, develop, test and deliver software product meeting requirement specification and product qualities;

Provide technical document, when needed;

Responsible of supporting Junior members and solving technical issue;

Review and ensure quality of development work;

Provide technical solution; produce technical design document, when needed;

Complete tasks assigned by team leaders or senior managers;

Provide necessary training / coaching for team member.

Skills required :

B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technologies or equivalent;

Proven software development experience in PHP;

2-3 year experience as software engineer;

Fluent in either English or Japanese (Japanese is a plus);

Knowledge of software design pattern;

Experience with software development life cycle;

Experience in outsourcing service with foreign customers;

Excellent in interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;

Strong leadership, analytical, fast learner;

Ability to work independently and collaboratively;

Ability to multitask, work under high pressure and fast-changing environment;
