  • Ø Visit customer to show presentation, samples, catalogues, of our product (Rolls, Dies, Refurbishment service, etc.), inform them about our advantages, pricing and availability;
  • Ø Research and identify potential customers;
  • Ø Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs;
  • Ø Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers;
  • Ø Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets;
  • Ø Collaborate with sales teams to promote products and to provide sales support;
  • Ø Create quotations or sales contracts;
  • Ø Keep records of transactions, generate sales reports and forecast;
  • Ø Calculate the price based on production costs;
  • Ø Receive the order from customer;
  • Ø Determine production requirement, plan and establish work schedule, assignment and production sequences to meet goals;
  • Ø Plan or estimate material, tools or equipment to meet production requirement;
  • Ø Explain specifiations or requirement of work order to the operator;
  • Ø Direct and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in the production, such as inspectors, machine setup or adjustment, and fabricators;
  • Ø Observe and monitor the operation of machine to ensure that the opeator conform to processing standards;
  • Ø Maintain operations data, such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of production results;
  • Ø Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions;
  • Check and supervise maintanance of machine;
  • Ø Confer and negotiate with suppliers to find material or equipments to meet production requirement;
  • Ø Plan and organize plant and equipment inspection, servicing program;
  • Ø Commission new Buhler equipment ;
  • Ø Co-ordinate with customers for the maintenance work;
  • Ø Carry out trouble shooting and repairs as necessary;
  • Ø Set up a maintenance schedule;
  • Ø Review, improve, update maintenance practices to be in line with industries best practices;
  • Ø Develop innovative solutions to complex technical problems that arise during start-up;
  • Ø Provide training to customers;
  • Ø Prepare written reports in full details of the service activities of the trouble process;
  • Any other duties as assigned by upper Manager.

    Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Ø Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, technology, industrial engineering, preferably in Machinery;
  • Ø Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders in the agricultural / food industry from different hierarchy levels;
  • Ø High level of intrinsic motivation, resilience and ability to work independently;
  • Ø Ability and willingness to work at customer site;
  • Ø Ability to work independently and as a team player across departments;
  • Ø Strong background for solution selling;
  • Ø Motivation for sales.

  • At least 2- years of experience in a lean sales team and working closely with Sales Manager.
  • Technical background in the confectionary or similar industries
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
